Join our very own Jen Scott as she shares two health supportive recipes suitable for individuals with health goals ranging from weight loss to hormonal balancing… and more!

Chia Zucchini Lasagna will be the main meal. Suitable for vegan, gluten free, sugar free, soy free, dairy free and weight loss friendly diets.

For dessert enjoy a 2 minute healthy homemade Strawberry ice cream with Chocolate Crackle and Maple Walnut Pecans. Suitable for vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, soy free, dairy free and weight loss friendly diets.

Join Jen as she:

  • demonstrates how to make homemade cashew cheese and lasagna zucchini noodles
  • talks about the health benefits of the ingredients
  • shares how these foods can help you reach your wellness goals

Participants will have an opportunity to sample both recipes.
