We’re happy to welcome a limited number of customers in our stores to shop. We continue to accept phone orders and offer free delivery within HRM. Mail order is also available.
Effective Friday, July 31st, in compliance with government recommendations, masks will be required in all indoor public spaces with some exceptions. Our staff will be wearing masks and we ask our customers to do the same 🙂

Dear Wellness Centre Clients and Patients,
Our Wellness Centre has re-opened!
We have adjusted our schedules and the flow of the clinic to support government regulations and we continue to ask for your patience and understanding as we move through the different phases of re-opening.
Here are the necessary changes we have in place to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of our staff and community:
Please call our clinic receptionist (902)407-0830 to book an appointment.
Once you have booked an appointment, please read the confirmation email and reminder email carefully as they will give you all the information you need for visiting the clinic. Please also ensure you have replied to your COVID-19 Pre-Screening Questions email. This is a mandatory step before entering the clinic and necessary for safe treatment.
We have reduced our operating hours to a Monday through Thursday schedule with a limited number of clients in the clinic at one time.
All of our practitioners will be wearing masks. Clients of Osteopathy and Acupuncture are required to wear masks to their appointments. All other clients are recommended to wear masks. We also ask that you are mindful in not bringing unnecessary items with you.
Upon arrival at the clinic for an appointment, please stay in your vehicle and call to inform reception of your arrival on (902)407-0830. Our clinic receptionist will let you know when to enter.
Prior to entering the clinic please read the self-screening sign on the outside of the door. If your answer is YES to any of the questions please do not enter. Please use the hand sanitizer provided when entering. If you have a preference for hand-washing, we have designated one washroom for clinic clients only.
Please attend the appointment alone, if possible. For clients who require a caregiver to accompany them, we ask that this be limited to a single person, who will also be screened and required to provide contact information for our daily visitor log.
Upon arrival we will review your health history, complete another COVID-19 Screening and we will ask that you sign our mandatory informed consent policy. These will be kept on file.
We will communicate any changes and adjustments as we navigate and adjust to the new standards of practice.
