Jessica Dort is a Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant, Kripalu certified Yoga Teacher, CanfitPro/GLPTI Certified Personal Trainer and Certified TRX group training coach. She feels lucky to have discovered the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle at a young age and, over the years, has been able to turn this passion into a career. She takes every opportunity to expand and diversify her skill set.
Jessica has completed a variety of trainings; including safe powerlifting techniques, joint stability and mobility, weight loss coaching and macro nutrient calculating, meditation, breath and energy work and yogic philosophy. Jessica combines her knowledge to deliver a truly holistic approach to natural health.
Jessica’s goal is to help her clients better understand the connection between mind, body, breath and spirit. She encourages people to take control of their own health and enjoys guiding them on this path.
She looks at each person’s life individually and works with clients to create a plan focused on food, natural supplementation, lifestyle and physical activity. She supports people in moving past barriers and achieving their goals. Jessica begins most of her consultations by addressing stress. By managing stress, she believes all systems of the body have a better chance of healing. Jessica shares techniques from her yoga trainings to help reduce daily stress and practice finding balance in any lifestyle.
She has a love for nature, traveling, the beach, and music. She spends her free time exploring new hikes, hula hooping, making healthy meals and treats, volunteering at local music festivals and hitting the gym, where she mainly focuses on resistance training and yoga.
